Environment and Planning
Denbighshire County Council is committed to exploring ways of improving the sustainability of our county and providing a safe and healthy environment for the present and future.
The County’s environment services include conservation, pollution and scientific services, country parks and countryside sites, grounds maintenance, street cleansing and lighting, highway maintenance, car parking, including waste disposal and recycling.
Planning services include planning policy and planning applications, building control, local land charges, licensing, food safety and housing enforcement.
