Denbighshire Design and Development provides architectural and quantity surveying services to the County Council and other approved agencies.  The service scope includes the procurement of construction projects, architectural design, project management, cost planning and cost analysis from inception to project completion. 

This service also encompasses the Strategic Asset Management Team who is responsible for overseeing the management of the Council's property assets and the development of appropriate property policies.
