The Futures Group was set up in September 2005 and although it welcomes members of all ages, it was set up initially with the primary aim of enhancing the experience of young employees to enable them to contribute to the recruitment, retention and development of this sector of the workforce.  The group meets regularly and exchanges ideas and experiences, looking at ways to enhance the future of Denbighshire County Council.
