Conservation Team

The Conservation Team is one part of the Development Services Department of the County Council.  It deals with the built heritage of the County such as listed buildings, conservation areas and historic parks and gardens.  The heritage is a valuable asset and the Conservation Team are there to help ensure that it is protected for future generations but also to help in using the heritage to benefit the local economy.

The team are happy to advise on any issue relating to the built heritage whether it be concerning the additional controls that might exist, what is and is not acceptable and what grants might be available.

The Conservation team is based in Trem Clwyd, Canol-y-Dre, Ruthin, LL15 1QA.
