The Housing & Area Renewal team is responsible for allocating funds for various types of housing improvement grants for domestic properties, administering grants for properties and environmental schemes within Denbighshire's Renewal Areas (Rhyl and Denbigh).

They are also responsible for the promotion of energy efficiency and reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions within private sector properties.
