The Property Services department provides an Estate Management service for the County including the acquisition / disposal of land and buildings, valuations for capital and balance sheet purposes, development appraisals, the letting and management of land and buildings including the County agricultural estate, lease renewals and rent reviews and other estate management tasks.

The Property Services Section undertakes accommodation strategy, energy efficiency, monitoring the PFI (Private Finance Initiative) contract for County Hall and oversees the Councils policy and compliance with DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) 1995.
