Cadw have included 25 parks and gardens from Denbighshire on a register as being of special historic interest. No additional statutory controls follow as a result of being on the register, but local planning authorities are required to take into account in preparing local plans and in deciding planning applications anything which would affect a registered park or garden and its setting.
