Our Shared Vision for the Future
We have developed a Vision for Denbighshire as a central plan to influence and guide the work of the Council and its partner organizations.
Since September 2005 local communities, councils, statutory and voluntary agencies, local businesses, school children and many others have been working together to describe what Denbighshire might look like in 20 years time.
The Vision reflects the comments and ideas expressed during this process.
A draft vision document was made available for consultation in March 2006 and on 4 April 2006 the Vision was agreed by Denbighshire County Council.
Lots of people who work, live and visit Denbighshire have contributed ideas for the Vision. We hope you agree with us – and have some ideas of your own.
What do our CHILDREN want?
We thought the best way to find out was to ask them to do the illustrations - because children are the future. And they are full of vision for Denbighshire in 2025.
