Llandrillo College runs the Rhyl Community College campus and they are supported by the Welsh Assembly Government in a £4m project to build a two storey construction skills centre; a hairdressing and beauty therapy suite; student support facilities, a restaurant; and new learning areas.

The development will make training and education more accessible to individuals and businesses making the college a hub of learning in the area.  It will add to the Rhyl College current successes and support the Rhyl regeneration strategy Rhyl Going Forward.
