Denbighshire County Council is the Local Planning Authority for the whole of Denbighshire, and is therefore responsible for both Development Plan and Development Control matters. The Council has a statutory duty to prepare and keep up to date the Development Plan for its area.

The Unitary Development Plan (UDP) was adopted in July 2002. 

The UDP is kept on an external site but is managed and controlled by Denbighshire.  To access the plan you need to click on 'External Links' on the left of this page.
