Customer Service Strategy
Improving customer service is always one of Denbighshire's aims. Denbighshire County Council has produced its first Customer Service Strategy, which outlines what the Council aims to achieve over the next three years.
It provides information on the current customer service provision by the Council and how this will be developed to ensure the authority provides an excellent customer service to residents and visitors. The strategy looks at contact via the telephone, website, face to face and post, as well as the customer comments and complaints procedure and what kind of standards customers can expect from the council.
The strategy has been approved by Cabinet and Welsh versions are currently being translated.
