Gerald Dewsbury & Martin Craddock - Earth Matters

Paintings and Ceramics from two artistswho have known each other since theirchildhood and have both since settled in Wales. Gerald’s verdant canvases inspired bythe Welsh landscape bubble over withobserved details while a darker meaningoften underlies the seemingly tranquilscenes. Martin produces functional pots inglazed earthenware, striving for strongclean forms and enhancing them with richlayered glazes that create bold contraststhrough pattern and texture.
