What do we do?

The LMS team provide a quality finance support service to all schools in Denbighshire. Providing schools with formula driven budgets along with the financial support to monitor those budgets. We are also here to provide general financial advice to Headteachers, Governing Bodies and other school staff.

Financial Planning Team

The Financial Planning Team support the Directorate in various activities including long term financial planning, income generation/efficiency savings and Grants monitoring. They work closely with schools to ensure that resources are linked to the priorities set out in the school development plans and to provide a rolling training programme that helps schools understand how best to allocate and manage these resources.
