What are we doing and how well are we doing it?

Welcome to the Children and Young People's Partnership webpage about performance management and the Single Plan. Performance management is basically about knowing what we as a Partnership do, how we do it, how well we do it and how it can be improved. We want to ensure the outcomes the Partnership achieves for children and young people are top notch!

Over the next few months, more and more information will be uploaded to this webpage to show how we're doing against the Aims and Outcomes agreed in the Single Plan. Focus groups were recently held to discuss the new framework and explore what a toolkit of outcomes measurement tools should contain.
