Your new blue wheelie bin is replacing your recycling box, blue bag and dumpy bag so that now all your recyclable materials can be placed in to this one bin. In addition to the materials you have previously been able to recycle (paper, cans, glass and plastic bottles), with the blue wheelie bin we are now able to also accept all types of cardboard, mixed plastics and tetrapaks.

- Tins, Cans & Aerosols
- Paper e.g. Newspaper, Office paper, Magazines, Catalogues, Junk Mail
- Cardboard e.g. Cereal boxes, food packaging, delivery boxes, cards, toilet rolls.
Please remember to only put in the materials specified above. Putting the wrong materials in can contaminate the whole load which could result in it having to be sent to landfill.
Please do not put any of the following into your blue bin.

Please wash out all tins and cans, glass bottles and jars, plastic bottles, plastic trays etc
To make the most of your blue wheelie bin, crush, squash or flatten materials where possible.
