Directory of Housing Related Services for Young People in Denbighshire

This is a directory to help service providers, voluntary groups and statutory agencies.

It has been produced to assist in the development of the Children and Young Peoples Single Plan, Core Aim 6.  

The essence of Core Aim 6 of the Children and Young Peoples Single Plan is that young people should have a safe home and a community that supports physical and emotional well being. 

The Directory contains information and contact details for services in Denbighshire  that can help young people and families in the age group 16-25.  Too often agencies work in a compartmental way without knowledge of the other statutory sectors.   This Directory aims to bring knowledge of those services together, so that we can work with young people in partnership.

Inevitably, information may change and new service providers will come on board. Some services will not be exclusive to the 16-25 age group so will offer services to older age groups as well.
We want to keep the directory up to date and this will be done electronically and linked to both the Council’s main website and Youth Den.
