The Passenger Transport team has responsibility for procurement and monitoring of financially supported local bus services under the Transport Acts (1985 and 2000).

If you have reason to complain about a local bus service, it is best in the first instance to contact the bus company directly involved.

However, if you feel that you have not been dealt with fairly or you are dissatisfied with the bus company’s response, you can either contact the Council for subsidised services or Bus Users UK for commercial services and they will investigate the complaint on your behalf.
