Section 52 of the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 requires LEA's to publish a statement each year parts giving the following information :-

• Table 1:  a summary of schools' budgets showing the schools' total budget share, together with the budget share per pupil
• Table 2:  the LEA's allocation formula showing a description of its factors or criteria, their cash values and methodology. Narrative of each element is also provided
• Table 3:  the calculation of each schools' budget share showing how the LEA's formula has been applied to each school in order to calculate its budget share
