Make an application for school year 2013-2014
To apply for a place at a Denbighshire school please complete an application form (attached below). The Denbighshire Schools booklet will help you with your application. The completed form must be with the School Admissions department by these deadlines:-
- Secondary applications by 29th October 2012
- Reception & Infant to Junior applications by 3rd December 2012
- Nursery applications by 25th February 2013
Changing schools during the school year
If you move home and need a place at a new school, complete a School Transfer form (attached below). If you want to transfer because of problems at your present school please speak to the Headteacher first. If you still wish to change schools please complete a School Transfer form.
