The Returning Officer at Denbighshire County Council is informing electors of two forthcoming by-elections, one for a vacant seat on Rhuddlan Town Council and one for a vacant seat on Llandegla Community Council.

Any person wishing to stand as a candidate at the elections should contact the Deputy Returning Officer for further information on 01824 706114 to request nomination papers. Prospective candidates should submit their completed nomination papers to the Returning Officer, Room 235, County Hall, Ruthin, LL15 1YN no later than NOON on Monday 17 December 2012. Should the by-elections be contested the polls will take place on Thursday 17 January 2013.
