Supplementary Planning Guidance
(SPG)
Denbighshire County Council have prepared and
approved a series of SPGs on various topics.
SPGs are intended to establish more detailed
planning guidance on the way particular UDP policies and topics are applied in
particular circumstances – they are intended to supplement plan policies.
It is important to note that planning decisions
are made first and foremost in accordance with the Unitary Development Plan (UDP)
unless material considerations indicate otherwise. An SPG may be considered as
a material consideration to be used in determining a planning application.
All SPGs are available as Adobe Acrobat PDF
files, you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these documents.
