North Wales Construction Framework

The North Wales Construction Framework sets the structure for purchases of some major construction works over the Official Journal of European Union (OJEU) threshold for construction works (£4.322m).

Read the North Wales Construction Framework user guide

The framework uses a group of pre-qualified contractors that an authority or listed Public Sector Body can appoint without going through the OJEU process for each individual project, which can save time and money.
