FIS training: Level 3 Safeguarding (online group session)
The Level 3 Safeguarding qualification is designed for learners who have contact with children, young people or vulnerable adults in their working environment, including voluntary work. It promotes awareness and sensitivity to safeguarding, enabling learners to identify issues and emphasises the responsibility to ensure that concerns are reported and acted on appropriately.
The course is delivered by an online group session, followed by the completion of a professional discussion, or completion of a course workbook, as specified by the awarding body.
When and where do courses take place?
The online group session takes place through Zoom or Microsoft Teams on Thursday 10 November 2022, from 9.30am to 11.30am.

The one to one session, or completion of a course workbook, will be arranged with the trainer.
Who can attend?
This course is for all registered childcare providers in Denbighshire who are registered, or are registering, with the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) (external website).
The setting must also be registered with Dewis.Wales (external website)
