Stay and Play (for young parents up to the age of 25)
Stay and Play sessions are for young parents and their children to take part in activities such as:
- nature hunts
- mini Olympic challenges
- teddy bears picnic
- song and story time
- free play
Young parents will get the opportunity to socialise and support each other and get advice from their youth workers.
There will be Coronavirus safety measures in place, which everyone will need to follow.
Who are Stay and Play sessions for?
Stay and Play sessions are for young parents up to the age of 25 years old.
When and where do sessions take place?
Stay and Play sessions take place at Ffordd Las Field, Rhyl from 1pm to 2.30pm on:
- Tuesday 20 July
- Tuesday 27 July
- Tuesday 3 August
- Tuesday 10 August
- Tuesday 17 August
- Tuesday 24 August
- Tuesday 31 August
How to get involved
All sessions are free of charge, but parents will need to book a place online to attend a session.
We recommend that parents bring a mat or blanket for seating.

Coronavirus safety measures
- Young people over the age of 11 will be required to follow the same requirements as adults in respect of wearing face coverings and socially distancing
- Places are limited to help maintain social distancing

Cancelling a place at a session
If your child can no longer attend a session that you have booked, please cancel their place as early as possible so that someone else has the chance to attend.
