If you would like to order a copy certificate for a birth, marriage or death from us, then you can visit our Register Offices. You will need to complete one of the following application forms and return it with payment;
When will I get the certificate?
We do our best to produce the certificate as quickly as possible, but we cannot always provide you with one on the day of your visit. If you need the certificate urgently, you may like to use our priority service, details of this can be found below.
Cost and ways to pay
The cost of a copy certificate is £10.00. You can make a payment in person or over the phone to a register office, by cheque made payable to Denbighshire county council or by postal order with a stamped addressed envelope.
If you are applying for a certificate to be delivered, you will have to pay an extra £1.00.
You can choose our priority service for an additional £17.00 so that the certificate is produced on the same day as your request, providing we receive the details before 11am.
