We ask a random selection of people who receive support from our Adult Social Services team what they think of the service they receive. This is so that we can see what we are doing well, and where we can improve.
This is called the Social Services Have Your Say survey.
If you receive support from us, we will ask you to complete the survey when you finish receiving services from us. If you are receiving our services long-term, we will ask you to complete the survey after your support package is reviewed.
When we receive good feedback, we pass this on to the relevant staff. When we receive negative feedback, we will contact you to get some more detail about the issues, as long as you are happy for us to contact you. We will contact the relevant team manager, if you are happy for us to do this, and they will deal with the matter individually.
We keep track of all the feedback we receive, and we produce a report for our management teams every quarter. We also produce a summary of the feedback received every year.
