Council's recycling and refuse collections over the festive period

Denbighshire County Council has announced details of its recycling and refuse collections over the festive period.

All  collections will move forward by one day over the Christmas period. Collections will change from Christmas Day, which means that people who normally have their bin collected on a Monday will have their bin collected on the Tuesday.

This will last for two weeks  with the collection crews working both Saturdays during the festive period. Collections will return to the usual days from Monday, 8 January.

Recycling parks at Denbigh, Rhyl and Ruthin will be open to the public as normal every day except 25 December, 26 December and 1 January.  Winter opening hours are:
Denbigh and Ruthin: Monday to Friday 10am-4pm; weekends 9am-4pm.

Rhyl: Everyday 10am-6pm.

The Saturday recycling services at the Pavilion car park, Llangollen will take place as normal on Saturday, December 23.   Saturday recycling services will recommence as normal at Corwen on 6 January between 9am and 11am  and at Llangollen on 13 January between 9am and 11am.
