Denbighshire County Council is informing residents that the business continuity test carried out this morning has now come to an end and that business is returning to normal.
All online services, including the Council’s website should be up and running and the Customer Contact Centre is operating.
County Hall,Ruthin is also open as normal this afternoon.
Testing business continuity is essential for the Council to ensure that its plans and processes are fit for purpose to respond to real-life emergencies. To that end, the Council would like to thank residents for their patience and understanding whilst these tests were carried out.
