Are you over 50 and have a love for football?
A new walking football programme is starting at Denbigh Leisure Centre and is open to both men and women over the age of 50. In terms of physical health, there are many benefits associated with walking football, including improvements in cardiovascular fitness, help with weight loss, strengthen bones and muscles, and reduce blood pressure.
This programme will take place every Wednesday starting on the 5th July from 5:30pm – 6:15pm, 1st session will be FREE then £3 thereafter.
