Leisure bookings in Denbighshire go digital

Booking and paying to use Denbighshire County Council’s leisure facilities has never been easier, with the ability now to make bookings online.

Customers visiting the Denbighshire Leisure website can now access the brand new online booking function where bookings can be made for a wide range of activities.  The step by step process currently allows people to book all weather pitches, badminton and squash courts. The next element to be launched will be the booking for fitness classes.

This latest developments complements an exciting programme of investment in leisure centres across the county.

Councillor Bobby Feeley, Cabinet Lead Member for  Well-being and Independence, said: “2017 has been an exciting year for Denbighshire Leisure, with continued investments in a number of our facilities including refurbishments at Rhyl, Denbigh and Ruthin Leisure Centres, a brand new Fitness Suite in St Asaph and new 3G pitches at Corwen and St Asaph.

“The refurbishment of Rhyl Pavilion Theatre will be complete by December, and we have even more investment planned in 2018 at our other sites.

“The launch of online booking continues the commitment to ensure that our sites are modern, cutting edge and that customers have access to our facilities via a modern digital environment. With the added benefit of secure, online payments the activity of their choice is now only a few taps away”.
