If you regularly park in Rhyl, an underground car park permit could save you money.
How do I use this permit?
An underground car park permit allows you to park in a designated numbered space in the underground car park at the Children’s Village in Rhyl . The permit only applies to one parking space.
As long as you display your permit clearly on the inside of your windscreen, and park in your designated space, you will not need to buy pay and display tickets to use this car park.
This car park is open from 8am – 12 midnight from March to October, and from 8am – 6pm from November to February.
How do I apply for a permit?
To apply for an underground car park permit, please complete an application form and return it to the address on the form.
How much does it cost?
Underground car park permits cost £155.41 per permit per year. Please include a cheque or postal order made payable to Denbighshire County Council with your application form.
Replacements for lost or stolen permits cost £5.
If you change your vehicle, you must return your permit to us and we will give you a replacement. There is no charge for this.
