Replacement Local Development Plan

Call for sites

Landowners, developers and any others with an interest in land in the county are invited to submit suggested sites for future development. The 'call for sites' will start on Monday 6th August and end on Monday 26th November 2018.

All site submissions must be completed in full and received by 5pm on 26th November. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

Submitting a site is not a guarantee of inclusion in the LDP. Sites which have been allocated in the current LDP must be submitted again at this stage if they are to be considered for inclusion in the new LDP.

Site proposers must read the accompanying guidance note and fully complete the Candidate Site form and Sustainability Assessment forms for each site proposal:

Local Development Plan - Review report

Denbighshire County Council approved the Local Development Plan Review Report for submission to Welsh Government at the meeting on 5th December 2017.

The Review Report provides an assessment of the performance of the current LDP and highlights the need for a replacement plan.

Local Development Plan – Delivery Agreement

The Delivery Agreement, which will guide the production of a new Local Development Plan, was agreed by Welsh Government on 22nd May 2018.
