Please contact Peter McDermott, Tourism Manager via email peter.mcdermott@denbighshire.gov.uk or on 01824 70 6152 in the first instance. A new simplified Event Notification process begins in January 2018 so current forms will be replaced. Please do not fill out the current application form if your event takes place in 2018.”

Important advice regarding security when planning your event

The range of events already hosted in Denbighshire demonstrates a long history of successful event management delivered through many different models. Some are organised privately with the Council’s support and others organised by or funded by the Council.

Please return your completed application form by email to tourism@denbighshire.gov.uk or by post to County Hall.
