The quality of feedback received is excellent and extremely useful to help us improve our services to you.

Our frontline staff are proud of their work and the assistance they offer customers – over 80% (average) of the customer comments we received about our staff are positive.

"I had a prompt answer to having my furniture removed today. Problem solved with no fuss." "Phoned about a dead rat on pavement yesterday morning it wasn't picked up till mid morning today."
