The residents’ survey is a way for us to find out what you think about council services and issues in your local community.
We carry out the survey every two years.
In the survey, we ask our residents what their communities are like as places to live, and how satisfied they are with council services in general.
After carrying out the survey, we bring the responses together in a report, which helps us understand:
- how much you know about us and our services
- your experiences of contacting us and complaining to us
- what you think we should focus on during the next four years
