Children and Family Services performance data

Every quarter, we report to the Welsh Government on our performance against a number of national performance indicators.  This is to make sure that we are working as effectively as we can, and that we are meeting our targets.

We report on three types of performance indicators:

  • National Strategic Indicators (NSIs) which are set by Welsh Government.
  • Performance Accountability Measures (PAMs) which are set by us, and are designed to make us accountable to the public.
  • Service Improvement Data (SIDs) - these are sets of data that we use to help us plan, deliver and improve our services.
