To be eligible to access the National Databank you must be over 18 years old and from a low-income household. You also need to meet one or more of the following criteria:

• you have no or insufficient access to the internet at home
• you have no or insufficient access to the internet away from home
• you can't afford your existing monthly contract or top-up

Unfortunately, you are not eligible to access the National Databank as you must be over 18 years old.
