Flying Start: Baby Massage
Do you live in a Flying Start area and is your baby under 6 months old? If so, come and join us for a 5 week course of baby massage.
The benefits of the baby massage course are:
- Become more confident in handling your child and better at recognising their needs
- Improved positive interaction with your baby
- A great way for partners, family members and carers to bond with baby
- Improved sleep for your baby

Who are sessions for?
The Baby Massage course is only for parents/carers who are eligible for the Flying Start programme and have babies that are under 6 months old.

Baby Massage courses in Rhyl take place in the Elm Room at the Oaktree Centre from 9:30am to 11:30am:

Tea and toast is from 9:30am to 10am
