I’ve had the privilege of serving Denbighshire County Council since its inception in 1996, progressing through a variety of roles. For the past four years, I’ve been honoured to lead as Chief Executive. I’m proud to work alongside dedicated colleagues in a high-performing organisation that partners with residents, businesses, and communities to deliver excellent services within the resources available.
As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of your service areas. You’ll work collaboratively to modernise the Council, foster innovation, and champion continuous improvement, ensuring we deliver on our corporate priorities and make a meaningful difference for the people of Denbighshire.
We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking leader who brings strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and expert guidance to support our Elected Members in shaping and implementing Council policy and values.
