Parking fines are also known as Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
You must pay your PCN within 28 days of the date of issue. This date is printed on the PCN. If you pay within 14 days, you can pay half the fine amount.
Pay online
The quickest way to pay your PCN is to pay online, using a credit or debit card. You will be taken to the Wales Penalty Processing Partnership website to pay your fine. This is a secure website, and your payment will be processed quickly and safely.

Pay over the phone
You can also pay with your credit or debit card over the phone, by calling 0845 6032677. This is an automated service, and is open 24 hours a day.
Pay by post
You can send a cheque or postal order, made payable to the Wales Penalty Processing Partnership, to:

Please make sure that you write your PCN reference number on the back of the cheque or postal order. You will find this reference number printed on your PCN.
Pay with cash
You can pay your PCN in cash at any of our One Stop Shops across Denbighshire. You can also pay at Post Offices, newsagents and shops where you see the PayPoint logo.
