Rhyl Town Centre: Public Realm Improvements drop-in session

We're holding a public drop-in session to show you our latest plans to improve the public realm (visible space) in Rhyl town centre.

This includes:

  • Improvements to the High Street
  • Improvements to the area of the promenade around the Clock Tower

This project is funded by UK Government and forms part of Denbighshire's project for Pride of Place and Natural Environment. You can find out more about the project via the following website link:

What are we doing?

We are holding a public drop-in session on Tuesday 9 December 2025 to display our plans for improvements to the Town Centre.

The aim of the project is to upgrade features such as paving, planting and street furniture, to create a more welcoming and pleasant environment for all users.

Why are we doing this?

The purpose of the drop-in session is so you can see the latest plans for the scheme and provide any feedback you may have.

What do we want to know?

We would like to know what you think.

What difference will it make?

We hope that by understanding what is important to people who live in, work in or visit Rhyl regularly, that we will be able to deliver improvements which will help to make the town a more appealing place and encourage people to spend more time there.

How can you get involved?

Come to our drop-in sessions

Our drop-in sessions will be held on Tuesday 9 December 2025.

The drop-in session starts at 1pm and finishes at 7pm.

At the drop-in session you will be able to:

  • See display materials/plans for our project
  • Talk to project officers/consultants about the project
  • Ask questions

Can't make it?

If you can't make the drop-in session, please don't worry. Copies of the display materials will be available online and in Rhyl Library from Wednesday 10th December 2025
