Antenatal Parent Education

Antenatal Parent Education is a four week course that provides the following sessions:

  • Session 1: What to expect in labour
  • Session 2: Active birth positions and pain relief
  • Session 3: Infant feeding
  • Session 4: Safe sleeping and caring for newborn

Who are sessions for? 

The Antenatal Parent Education course is open to mothers in Denbighshire who are in the third trimester. The birth partner is welcome to come along too.
