Antenatal Parent Education
Antenatal Parent Education is a four week course that provides the following sessions:
- Session 1: What to expect in labour
- Session 2: Active birth positions and pain relief
- Session 3: Infant feeding
- Session 4: Safe sleeping and caring for newborn

Who are sessions for?
The Antenatal Parent Education course is open to mothers in Denbighshire who are in the third trimester. The birth partner is welcome to come along too.

Antenatal Parent Education 4 week courses take place at the Oaktree Centre (Elm Room) from 12:30pm to 2:30pm:
- Group 1: Tuesday 1 September 2026 to Tuesday 22 September 2026
- Group 2: Tuesday 29 September 2026 to Tuesday 20 October 2026
- Group 3: Tuesday 27 October 2026 to Tuesday 17 November 2026
- Group 4: Tuesday 24 November 2026 to Tuesday 15 December 2026
