We can only provide free transport for pupils who live in Denbighshire.

As the pupil does not live in Denbighshire, we cannot process your application for free school transport.

Please contact the local authority for the area where your child lives, as they are responsible for assessing whether your child is eligible for free school transport.

Data Protection

The information requested about pupils and the person completing the form may, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, be shared with other departments, government bodies and other organisations delivering a service that relates to supplying school transport and its management.

CCTV

CCTV may be in use on some routes and the pupil's footage and information will be stored and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Code of behaviour on school transport

Please read the code of behaviour on school transport document and be aware of the implications if the pupil does not abide by the code.

If the pupil causes wilful damage to any transport provision which is provided under contract to Denbighshire County Council, reimbursement to the transport contractor will need made for the full cost of repairing the damage or replacing the damaged item at the discretion of the contractor.
