Rhyl Regeneration: Former Costigans building

Delivering a co-working space for new enterprises at the former Costigans building
Former Costigans building, Rhyl

This project aims to redevelop the semi-derelict 'Costigans' building opposite the Train Station and bring it back into productive use.

Providing modern, high-quality and flexible business accommodation serviced by ultra-fast broadband which will be suitable for a new generation of small businesses, encouraging them to set up and use the town centre as their base.

Our aspiration is to create a busy "co-working" hub for entrepreneurs in the digital sector which will create more and better quality jobs in the town centre.
