If you need to make a payment or have a question about a Council service, you can phone our Contact Centre between 8:30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The contact centre call line will be closed on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 between 08:30 and 14:00 for essential training. County Hall reception and the Ruthin One Stop Shop will also be closed between 09:00 and 14:00.
