For emergencies relating to gas escapes, turn off the supply at the mains and telephone Wales and West utilities on 0800 111 999.

For non-emergency gas repairs, telephone Liberty Gas on 0330 333 8384.

For all other emergencies, telephone the Customer Service Centre on 01824 706000 (8.30am to 5pm)
