New employees of Denbighshire County Council are automatically subject to a six month probationary period.
Your manager will assess you after three and five months in service, and you will need to have completed the required E-Learning modules as set out in the Probationary Period Flowchart (below).
At the end of the six months probationary period you will receive formal notification that you have successfully completed the probationary period. A performance appraisal with your line manager will be completed shortly after the probationary period is complete.
