- Summer Permit (April to October): £75

Annual Permit: Non-powered only
Permit for a non-powered vessel to use Marine Lake during a timetabled session, for both the summer and winter seasons.
Annual Permit: £90 (additional vessels, price on application)

30 minute boat testing session
For individuals who have made repairs to their boat or an engine, and wish to have a 30 minute session on the Lake (15 minutes Launch and Recovery, 15 minutes water time), to test the seaworthiness of their vessel, without launching it into the sea. Persons must have public liability insurance.
Boat Testing: £25 (by appointment).
Commercial rate
Hourly and full day rates, for businesses, commercial ventures, and activity providers, who will charge a fee to the customer.
Activities such as corporate days, individual, or group training sessions, are included in this rate.
An individual permit is not required to be purchased for each but Public liability Insurance (min £5 million), risk assessments; along with operating procedures and emergency action plans, must be submitted at least two weeks before the first session.
- Hourly Rate Timetabled 1-5 people: £15
- Hourly Rate Exclusive: £60
- Full Day Exclusive: £550
