Prestatyn High Street public realm improvements project: Business Access Needs Consultation

We are reaching out to businesses on Prestatyn High Street and neighbouring streets who may be affected by upcoming improvement works in the area.

What are we doing?

As part of the UK Government's Local Regeneration Fund (LRF), Denbighshire County Council has been awarded funding to carry out a number of projects that will help to improve the look and feel of some key areas of Denbighshire.

One of these areas is the public realm (visible space) in Prestatyn High Street, where a modest programme of improvement works has been agreed

We are reaching out to businesses on Prestatyn High Street and neighbouring streets who may be affected by the upcoming improvement works.

This project has been funded by the UK Government under round 3 of Levelling Up funding.

Why are we doing this?

It is important that we understand the access needs of local businesses and any deliveries/visits they may receive so we can plan the High Street improvements with minimal disruption.

This consultation is exclusively to help us understand the access needs of any local businesses and any deliveries/visits they receive.

If you are a resident or visitor to Prestatyn, please see the link below separate consultation on the proposal. The public consultation is open until 5th July 2026:
