Location

  • Perfectly located within Rhyl Town Centre
  • Adjacent to a "Seaside Award" winning beach

Background

The Council acquired a number of dilapidated buildings on a site that was in dire need of regeneration in Rhyl Town Centre. Formerly a hotel, arcade, nightclub and market hall, we have developed ambitious plans for a mixed use development.

2021 to 2023: Site developed
