Location

Background

The Council acquired a number of dilapidated buildings on a site that was in dire need of regeneration in Rhyl Town Centre. Formerly a hotel, arcade, nightclub and market hall, we have developed ambitious plans for a mixed use development.

2017: Consultation on the site

2019: Buildings acquired

2021 to 2023: Site developed

2024: Opening
